MY WIFE AND I ARRIVED AT CARRIAGE KIA AT APPROXIMATELY 11:50AM ON 3-20-2011,THE SALESMAN THAT I HAD SPOKEN WITH BY PHONE EARLIER IN THE WEEK CAME OVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND IMMEDIATELY REMEMBERED THAT IW 11:50AM ON 3-20-2011,THE SALESMAN THAT I HAD SPOKEN WITH BY PHONE EARLIER IN THE WEEK CAME OVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND IMMEDIATELY REMEMBERED THAT IWAS THE PERSON THAT HE HAD SPOKEN WITH EARLIER. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND REALLY MADE MY WIFE AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE. HE WAS NOT PRESSURING US AND HE WAS HELPFUL IN SHOWING US THE DIFFERENT VEHICLES,DURING THE PAPER WORK PHASE, THE STAFF AT CARRIAGE KIA WOULD COME OUT AND LET US KNOW, WHAT STAGE OF THE PROCESS THEY WERE IN. Laura was so great. I just cold called her with stock numbers from the Internet ad. She had both keys ready and was waiting in the lot when we pulled up. We completed all the paperwork in the fastest time I have ever experienced. Laura was great. After they washed our new car and filled it up with gas, we met Mike. He explained every option on our car quickly and precisely. Very nice guy and we were shocked at how quickly he set up the bluetooth for my phone. I had a pretty good experience, but the BANK computers fail and my wait was long. I was becoming irritable because I had not eaten. Daniel went out and purchase my husband and I dinner on him.
