I had been looking for a Kia Sorento with a third row seat. I had been to Bulldog Kian in Athens and Mall of Georgia Kia and had bad experiences. Carriage Kia was the last one to see if I could find a seat. I had been to Bulldog Kian in Athens and Mall of Georgia Kia and had bad experiences. Carriage Kia was the last one to see if I could find a new Kia I could afford. I was not expecting much since I had been to the other ones. I was greatly suprised how friendly and helpful Michael was in finding a Kia that I could afford. They were upfront with the price of the car and the incentives that could be taking off the price. They were upfront with how much my trade in was worth and the interest rate. There was no 4 square game that the other dealerships wanted to play. They wouldn't even give a price on the car to begin with. I was able to unload the old car and get a beautiful new Sorento. I am very happy with the experience. More
The purchasing experience was very pleasant, no high pressure, got to buy now atmosphere at dealership. The one downfall of the experience was that we were quoted one price and went home to go over budget with daughter to see if she could afford being a student and working part time. The cost of the car fit into her budget. When we came back to the dealership to sign for the car, we were informed that the car that came off the truck had a couple of options which increased the cost of the car. I will admit that they did deal with us to get the cost down with just a couple of dollars difference. More

The reason I gave a 3 on overall experience was not due to the salesman or the delvery specialist they were excellent and went above and beyond their job to help me in purchasing this new vehicle. I came in with a pre-approved loan from capitol one and during the purchase of the new vehicle they said they could do a better rate and term through Kia. When I left on Friday after signing the loan papers through Kia I thought everything was settled. I got a call on Monday letting me know the loan did not go through because the car I bought was a Demo and Kia could not offer some of the rebates the finance dept had told me I was getting. I had to go back on Monday evening so they could work out a better offer ( i was told ) through Capitol one. When I saw the papers my payment went up $116.00 dollars a month. I let them know real quick this would not work that the loan I signed on Friday would have to be the same as the new one they were trying to get me to sign. In the end they got the loan the same but I spent a total of 6 to 6 1/2 hours all together on this buying experience because of a mistake the finance dept made. That being said I know all experiences are different so I would recommend this dealership to friends even with the experience I had. The car is great and the price was great and the people in the sales dept and delivery specialist did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the car. More
Our salesman was extremely friendly and open to all the questions we had regarding our purchase (a 2011 Kia Optima). It was a pleasant experience work with them. They where very helpful and worked with us until we got what we could afford. My husband and I have bought and traded many vehicles, no other dealership has been as great as Carriage KIA. The day we went to the dealership we were not even going to purchase a vehicle.
