My husband and I heard of Carriage Kia on 104.7 the fish and then by letter from Capitol One. We went in not expecting to buy anything, just wanted to check out the Kia's. Not sure if I was going to like the car, was never a big fan. However when I sat in the Forte 5 I was very surprise how much room it had. And then as Madison went over all the features and safty qualities the vehicle had I was very impressed! Madison was very fun to work with! She was able to get us a deal we were happy with and ended up buying the car that very night! The next day I had to come in to bring a paystub and worked with Greg. He was great! He filled my gas tank up and made sure I meet with Mike so he could show me all the details of my new car. Working with Mike was lots of fun! He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the fun toys my car has! Over all the experience was very easy and painless!! We live in Chattanooga, TN and were looking to buy a new Optima. Inventory was very low everywhere and Chattanooga wouldn't come off their sticker that much. I then contacted about 6 dealerships in the Atlanta area and worked deals over the phone. Carriage Kia gave me the best deal by far, so we drove down and bought our new Optima. They were very helpful and made it pretty painless. We didn't spend all day sitting around waiting in a dealership (which can happen sometimes). They were efficient and stood by the price that they quoted me on the phone! I saved about $2,000 by driving 3 hours to get my new car ! More

I first called and spoke with Madison about the Sorentos that were in stock. Madison took my name and the details of what I was looking for in the Sorento. I went into the dealership to look and test drive the Sorento. Madison was informative and did not pressure me to buy. As a matter of fact, I came in with my high energy 6 year old expecting to be there only 30 minutes. Obviously, I was not expecting to purchase that day. However, I loved the Sorento and Madison and Brian worked out a deal that I could not refuse. I was indecisive and took over three hours to make a decision while my child was running around everyone. Everyone was great and very patient with me and my daughter. Actually, several people stayed over an hour past closing to get the deal done. Because of the late hour, I spoke with Mikey on delivery and he had me return the following week so he could thoroughly go through the Sorento features with me. The personal touch I felt was unlike many dealership that I have experienced. I recommend it to everyone interested in Kia. More

I was actually interested in a car for myself, the Sorento. But my daughter also needed a car so we got her the Sportage.
