My wife and I came in to initially look at a used Kia Forte that we researched online. We spent a good while with the salesman, Michael Paglianti, test driving, talking about, and discussing financials, Forte that we researched online. When discussing cost, we began to discuss new car options. Michael and (what I believe to be) the finance manager were very patient and helped us with our new car. We got into a great 2011 Forte that my wife loves at a payment less than we originally discussed. Although we took up a lot of the staff's time, they were all very patient and helpful in meeting our family's needs. I would strongly recommend Carriage Kia as they have a wonderful selection and staff, and I look forward to going to them for our next new car need! More

My wife and I visited Carriage Kia on May 16th to price the vehicles that were on the lot. When we walked in the door we were greeted by there friendly staff. The sales team took there time with us and made us feel as if we were the most important customers on the lot. Unlike other dealerships that we had visited we never felt pressured or rushed at anytime. Once we had found the car that we most desired the sales team worked as a unit to get us the terms that would fit our budget. One of the most impressive things that we experienced was that the whole team stayed over an hour after closing time to work out the deal for us, and again we never felt rushed at any time. There was no high pressure sales tactics but an informative process, he made sure that all possible incentives would be applied as well as a fair trade in price for my vehicle. The young man that delivered the vehicle took the time to explain how to operate all the features and wouldn't let us leave until we were comfortable with all of the features and their operation.
