I originally visited Carriage Kia just to test drive a new Sorento since I knew I was going to buy on-line. Shane gave me a 2012 Sorento to test drive and answered all of my questions. I had almost competed the paperwork for a new 2011 Sorento when I changed my mind on the color we wanted. Robert and Chuck worked with me and my 6 year old Sebastian as we finally settled on a 2012 Sorento SX in Titanium Silver. Mikey took us out to our new car and showed us all of the features, linked my phone up to the bluetooth. He was great at including my son in his review of the car and in answering all of our questions. We surprised my wife and daughter that evening with the new car and Mikey remembered that detail when he called a few days later to check on us.
