When we finally took the plunge Michael was our primary salesman and we were also assisted by one of the managers (his name escapes me). Both worked great with us and made our buying experience WONDERFUL! They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed! After the sale of the kia Mikey (who had already gotten off and headed home), turned around and came back to work to show us all of our new soul's new features. He was kind enough to sinc our phones to the bluetooth in the car and went above and beyond in every possible way! I originally visited Carriage Kia just to test drive a new Sorento since I knew I was going to buy on-line. Shane gave me a 2012 Sorento to test drive and answered all of my questions. I had almost competed the paperwork for a new 2011 Sorento when I changed my mind on the color we wanted. Robert and Chuck worked with me and my 6 year old Sebastian as we finally settled on a 2012 Sorento SX in Titanium Silver. Mikey took us out to our new car and showed us all of the features, linked my phone up to the bluetooth. He was great at including my son in his review of the car and in answering all of our questions. We surprised my wife and daughter that evening with the new car and Mikey remembered that detail when he called a few days later to check on us.
