Overall, we had a great experience. The salesperson we dealt with was not pushy even though they wanted to make a sale. I went to this dealer to purchase a new car and to get lower car payments. I was not able to get lower car paymenst but I did get a nice new 2011 KIA SOUL!! This was not a planned purchase for us due to a vehicle we had breaking down. The vehicle that broke down had 201,000 miles on it so the Kia warranty really drew us in as we tend to keep our cars a long t we had breaking down. The lot had a very large selection of vehicles with various trim levels for us to look through, which made the process hard, but in a good way. I'd rather have to many to look through then one or two vehicles like some other lots we visited. The other part of this being unplanned had to due with us not having everything inline that we needed to have, Laura the sales person we were working with went out of her way not to give us the runaround about financing or price. The negotiation went quick and we felt it was a great price. The dealership is SUPER clean and the service area is SUPER clean which scores very high in my book. If the dealership cares about it's facility then it cares about it's customers and cars. More

Tony was very friendly and helped Mary understand the features and how they worked. Mikey P was helpful in answering the question on how our cell phone was working through the blue tooth when we heard a navigation (GPS) in the background and the car does not have GPS. The friendly staff made sure financing was an ease and attention to detail and service was a priority. Overall I have had the car now for over a month (2011 Kia Optima SX)and I could not be happier with my purchase decision. The staff remained in contact and made sure every question was answered.
