By far, the best experience in my car buying life which includes about 50 new cars - this Kia being the 2nd leat expensive car that I have ever purchased. We went back to Carriage to replace my wife's aging 2002 van with 120K miles on it. I purchased a Forte from them last year and have been very happy with it so my wife wanted to look at a sportage or soren van with 120K miles on it. I purchased a Forte from them last year and have been very happy with it so my wife wanted to look at a sportage or sorento for her. After deciding the sportage was too small, she fell in love with the Sorento and we looked over all the models and colors they had in stock. She decided on her color and options and we took it from there. Pricing was comparable to what we found on autocircle.com through our USAA membership and we were given a trade in value that was actually higher than what I expected for the old van. Financing was quick and easy and they were able to shave a couple of points off of the rate I received on my Forte last year which made me even happier. Overall a great dealer, with great product and people. More

We had visited this dealership a few times before, speaking with Robert. The final time coming in, we met Wesley, as Robert was busy with another customer. Wesley was very patient with us, even when we drive several different cars - and it was close to closing time. Never once did "Wes" act like he was annoyed with us. He was very patient and great to work with. After closing the deal at 10pm that night, we left with the car for the evening and returned the next morning to have it detailed and the features explained to us by Mike. We had a great time milling around, eating pizza from The Fish 104.7 that was broadcasting live. We would highly recommend working with this dealership. Kia is a great car model and the dealership is commited to working with the client in a professional manner. I am pleased to be involved with the Kia family at this dealership. More

In 2-3 hours I drove away with exactly what I wanted. Mikie P was great with the delivery, both humerous and helpful. I mentioned to Luis that a friend was looking at the Focus but could'nt find the one he wanted and Luis said we can get it, have him call me. I called my friend and before I left with my Soul Luis had the focus set up to be brought to Carriage Kia. My friend bought it 2 days later. After I left Diane and jodi have contacted me several times to make sure all is well. Impressive Ladies. BRAVO David Basha for knowing how to properly staff and run a business. More
