Whether new or used, you get top notch cars with top notch care from everyone..not just the sales staff. My brand new Kia is amazing, has everything I could want in a new car and the best part is the cost. You get so much more for the dollar when buying Kia. Might I mention that my initial experience with Carriage 4yrs ago was so good it prompted me to bring all of my cars for servicing, which I will continue to do. Upon arrival at the lot we were not ATTACKED by sales people pushing to sell a car. Shane was a pleasure to deal with as he did not try to pressure us at any time. Basically I offeered a price and they initially came real close to meeting it instead of playing the usual games you get at some dealerships. Long story short, we quickly came to an agreement, "THAT WAS EASY!" More

Overall my experience at Carriage Kia was very positive. The sales person, Luis Niera was great. The only negative was that at various times during the process I had to wait several minutes. I had a wonderful time buying my FIRST NEW CAR. I honestly went in the dealership bullheaded and not willing to buy a car. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Carriage Kia. I first heard of them by listening to 104.7 the FISH. They really live up to the standard that you hear on the FISH.
