We had a great experience with the people at Carriage KIA in Gainesville, GA. Since we had been looking at KIA's at other dealerships, we knew what we wanted. This particular dealership attracted us to be in Gainesville, GA. Since we had been looking at KIA's at other dealerships, we knew what we wanted. This particular dealership attracted us to begin with because of their large inventory. There were lots to choose from, and we decided on the 2012 Sorento. Our saleman, Orlando Lara, was very professional and helpful. Chuck, one of the managers helped us as well. The price was negotiable, and we were satisfied. We enjoyed our experience with all of the people,and will certainly recommend them to our friends. In fact, we already have done so. Carriage Kia of Gainesville was Awesome! Carriage Kia was the first dealership that my wife and I visited, and to make sure that we were being frugal shoppers we went to three other dealerships. Carriage Kia was by far the best in customer service and working with our situation. My wife and I wanted to trade in 1 car and get 2 cars in return and the general manager Chuck Mjolsness made sure that we received the maximum trade in value, and all the rebates that were allowed. In the end we were within $10 per month of our expected payment and felt very assured that we received the best deal and I also left with the assurance that if we ever have a problem that they will be there to take care of it. Upon arrival at the lot we were not ATTACKED by sales people pushing to sell a car. They gave us time to look around on our own before approaching us (this is the way I prefer it).Once we had a chance to people pushing to sell a car. I love this dealership! This is my 8th...YES 8th...car I have bought from Carriage in the last 4 years, not to mention my friends and family that have also made purchases. Whether new or used, you get top have bought from Carriage in the last 4 years, not to mention my friends and family that have also made purchases. Whether new or used, you get top notch cars with top notch care from everyone..not just the sales staff. My brand new Kia is amazing, has everything I could want in a new car and the best part is the cost. You get so much more for the dollar when buying Kia.
