Our saleman, Orlando Lara, was very professional and helpful. Chuck, one of the managers helped us as well. The price was negotiable, and we were satisfied. Carriage Kia of Gainesville was Awesome! Carriage Kia was the first dealership that my wife and I visited, and to make sure that we were being frugal shoppers we went to three other dealerships. My wife and I wanted to trade in 1 car and get 2 cars in return and the general manager Chuck Mjolsness made sure that we received the maximum trade in value, and all the rebates that were allowed. In the end we were within $10 per month of our expected payment and felt very assured that we received the best deal and I also left with the assurance that if we ever have a problem that they will be there to take care of it.
