I have to commend this dealership for the way they went over and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my husband and me. We found out about Carriage Kia through a True Car website. We found that we could get the vehicle of our choice at a lower price than we could at Carnival Kia, so we were willing to travel Gainsville Ga to buy the car. Well as fate would have it, we were told that the vehicle with our options was not in their inventory so they of course would not have us drive there in vain. As soon as the car came in Toni Brown did everything she could to make my purchase the best large item purchase transaction experience I've ever had. She worked with me to try to get the most out of the incentive programs available. She was professional, patient and I can honestly say caring. Rishelle Henry followed up with me when Toni was not available and I got the same care and customer service from her as I did with Toni. This is my first Kia and this dealership made sure we got everything we asked for and they delivered with the highest quality customer service. I will purchase from them again and highly recommend them. More
I shopped on line but liked Shane so I let him "match or beat" all prices from competitors. Had the car we wanted in stock but it took 5 hours to buy our car! He had 3 deals going on at one "match or beat" all prices from competitors. Had the car we wanted in stock but it took 5 hours to buy our car! He had 3 deals going on at one time so that really drew things out. On top of that, he forgot to collect our down payment! I brought it in when they opened the next morning and Shane didn't call to thank me. When I came in to get my "we owe" items, he didn't thank me then either! Instead, he had me fill out more paperwork since they lost it!!! Really was a good experience but I think Carriage Kia would do good by changing some policies and a bit more work on customer service. All in all, I walked away with a GREAT car at a price my wife and I were very pleased with. What more can you really ask? More

Went in to only check what they had to offer on the Soul. Not ready to buy at the time. Test drove the Soul with Kris. A few times said I would wait and Kris came back with a better offer.
