Well as fate would have it, we were told that the vehicle with our options was not in their inventory so they of course would not have us drive there in vain. As soon as the car came in Toni Brown did everything she could to make my purchase the best large item purchase transaction experience I've ever had. She worked with me to try to get the most out of the incentive programs available. She was professional, patient and I can honestly say caring. Rishelle Henry followed up with me when Toni was not available and I got the same care and customer service from her as I did with Toni.
