Our visit was thru a promotion offer from Capital One Bank. We simply went to see the cars and check pricing. We were greeted by the Sales person named Tommy, who was very helpful and friendly - he aske Bank. We simply went to see the cars and check pricing. We were greeted by the Sales person named Tommy, who was very helpful and friendly - he asked the necessary questions, based on our budget, type of car seeking and really worked with us. He was not pushy, just willing to work with us to fine the best deal. The financial officer names Brian was helpful and tried with a few banks to get an approval for us. Jeremy was helpful in explaining the features of the car and making sure I understood. The car was given for a test drive, it was within our budget and the monthly payments was fine. Within a day we were able to purchase the car and are happy we did. Someone at my job saw me at the dealer and also recommended Kia Carriage and I too recommended the dealer to a friend. We bought our daughter's Kia Forte from Tommy last summer. The staff treated us great and gave us a very good deal. Tommy and the sales manager worked hard to give us a very good deal, and I am now the proud owner of an adorable Kia Soul. Keri showed me how to use all the cool features like bluetooth and the stereo system. Ryan, the service dept. manager, helped me get the black racing stripe installed. My car is perfect! Now all I need is a little hamster in a Bosox hat. More

I was not expecting to buy a car. However, my hubby came home with a car and salesman, so see if I liked the car he'd test driven. Albeit bone tired, I dutifully plunked myself down and test drove the Forte home with a car and salesman, so see if I liked the car he'd test driven. He was helpful in answering questions and staying out of the way when not needed. The manager we dealt with was also nice and helpful. He was straightforward about things; I value that. This was a great car-buying experience, and we have already recommended this particular Kia dealership to our pastor, who bought an alien green "hamstermobile" (Soul). Thanks! More

I purchased a kia for a variety of reasons including the overall ratings it recieves, the price when compared to the competition, the high gas mileage and the wonderful reviews I had heard about the line of vehicles in general. My sales person was Kevin and he wes very knowledgable, friendly and prepared to answer my questions about purchasing a new vehicle. The entire staff was more than friendly and helpful in showing me how to use all of the features on the car. The friendliness of the staff and my overall experience is enough to say that I would definitely recommend using Carriage Kia of Gainesville when purchasing my next vehicle or to recommend it to a friend. My sister and I drove 2 hours from our hometown to purchase my new vehicle from Carraige Kia. Dealers that were within a short distance from my house were not willing to work with me on a price, and purchase my new vehicle from Carraige Kia. Dealers that were within a short distance from my house were not willing to work with me on a price, and another dealer wouldn't even let me test drive the Optima. However, I was determinded to get what I wanted. My aunt and uncle had purchase a Kia from Carriage Kia a few months prior (for the same reasons as I). I was a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone's future purchase. My sister and I actually had fun! Who knew a car sale could be fun?!? But everyone was so friendly and funny,...it seemed to take a load off of my shoulders when it came to making a huge decision! More

I came in on a Saturday simply to test drive both the Optima and Forte because I was considering a Hyundai (Sonata and Elantra) and wanted to drive these closely matched models. I had no intention of purchasing - I was planning to buy in the next 30-60 days to be in a better financial position. When I told Michael that, he went to get the keys to a Forte but also brought Dustin, the sales manager, over with him. When he asked if there was any way he could earn my business that day, I gave him what I thought were pretty impossible odds since we didn't have any money to put down. We drove the Forte and loved it, and though the Optima is an amazing car, it was out of our price range. Because he was so sure he could get a deal done in our price range, he let us keep the Forte we test drove for the weekend to drive it and get a feel for it, making sure it was something we'd be happy with. We came back on Monday, signed the papers and hopped in a BRAND NEW 2012 Kia Forte EX (8 miles on the odometer). We couldn't be happier with this car and our purchase experience. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda, Toyota, or Mazda. Kia has really stepped up their game, and you should have a look for yourself! More
