We had been thinking of buying a Sorento for a while and decided to try CarriageKia. I rated Carriage Kia the highest score possible because I received excellent customer service there without feeling pressured as I was at a previous dealer. I am a senior lady and I feared a dealership would try to take advantage of my inexperience in purchasing a vehicle. Not so! These people were helpful and ever so kind to me. I plan to tell all my friends and co-workers to go to Carriage Kia. The warranty is beyond great and the free oil changes for a year are a nice touch. This was my first experience buying a car by myself and to tell you the truth, I am pretty proud of how well I made out!
