After that encounter, we decided to purchase. The sales representatives were very friendly and helpful with answers to our questions. My only complaint would be, that we were not offered the popcorn sooner. This was a great experience (I can't believe I said that) and I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends. By the way, the journey ended here. More

This dealer is about an hour from my house so I had never made the drive to check out their vehicles.My husband and I were on the way home from the mountains and I saw the sign for Carriage Kia so we stopped and looked.Shane showed us the cars and SUV's and I took a test drive in the Sorento.I really liked this Sorento. We worked with Shane and Greg and they gave us a good price, but I wanted to drive other SUV's to make sure this was what I wanted.Heidi call me to see if I had any questions she could answer since she is a Sorento owner. After several dealerships(some with bad attitudes) and driving all kinds of vehicles I returned to Carriage for the friendly people and good deal.They were the best financial team I have ever dealt with even though I was difficult at times. Overall great experience; price ended up higher than internet pricing (rated price as a 4) - but they worked with me on the financing and I didn't feel pressured into the sale. I had a terrible experience at both Union City Kia and Rick Case only days prior, those guys truly are slimy and literally asked the cliche 'How do I get you into a new car today?' angle. At no point did Tim say blurt stupid cliches. I can tell that he works very hard for each and every sale. Also, big kudos to Josh (delivery specialist). After the sale he went over everything in extreme detail -- the head units in some of these newer cars have a tremendous number of options -- he took the time to go over every screen, and made sure the car was 100% spotless, inside and out. His general interest in car tech really shows. I live in Atlanta, its absolutely worth the 40 minute drive to Gainesville to talk with these guys (and if you don't want a Kia, they also have 3 other dealerships to choose from). My only complaint is that Tim is not as hot as Laura (but I'm bias, I'm a guy). More

I visited Carriage KIA because I hear them advertising on 104.7 The Fish. I listen to that station on a daily basis. From the time I walked into the dealership until the time I walked out, everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. It was a very busy night but the staff continued to smile and carry on as if they hadn't been there all day working. It was a very pleasant experience. This makes the third KIA that I have owned. Thank you Robert Jimerson for taking the time to help me choose the right vehicle for me. I LOVE my Sorento! More

After shopping around for a car for a couple of weeks I was over the whole bs of the process. I walked into the dealer. Was given a salesman and within 2.5 hours I had picked out a car, signed the paperwo was over the whole bs of the process. I walked into the dealer.
