It was an excellent service. First two contacts were by phone, price was agree on the phones call, so I didn't have to drive 3 hours to start the negotiation. Jeremy Smith showed me how all the features on the car work, especially the phone hook up. I'm not really computer knowledgeabe, but he explained in a way I understood. Even went so far as to hook up a phone so I could see how easy it was. Great service, great gentleman. Carriage Kia is a well kept business, clean and attractive.
