I was shopping for a 2012 Kia Soul and found Carriage Kia. I decided to pay a visit to test drive one and was introduced to Robert Jimerson who was to be my sales rep. After several trips to the dealership looking at options and colors, I finally made my purchase. The entire transaction was done by Robert, including financing. I did not have to go down the long hallway to the 'scarey' finance guy! LOL... Robert did it all! My decision was made, I traded my Jeep, signed the papers, and was out of their within 1 1/2 hours! The deal was fair, no pressure, and no tense moments. He kept me informed of all costs, it was clear and easy to follow. I recommended two neighbors who have also purchased cars after I did. I will only buy cars from Carriage Kia in the future. More

What also impressed us was the treatment we got AFTER the sale... we were taken around to meet the service team, given instructions on how to hook up Blue Tooth and some other operating instructions regarding the car and booked for an appointment one month out to have the car looked at. The price was fair and we were given a decent price for the trade in vehicle. We are in the market in the next year or so for another family vehicle - Carriage KIA has our business! More
