When I began my new car search, I was disappointed that the exact car I wanted was not in inventory, and I did not receive a call from the dealership for quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised when I sat down to sign the paperwork for the purchase of my 2012 Kia Optima. The salesman had everything in order, there was no unnecessary "back and forth" with a manager, and the entire transaction was handled and explained in a professional manner.
