When I began my new car search, I was disappointed that the exact car I wanted was not in inventory, and I did not receive a call from the dealership for quite some time. I later found out that no dealers were getting inventory for some reason, but once Carriage did it was smooth sailing from there on. I was pleasantly surprised when I sat down to sign the paperwork for the purchase of my 2012 Kia Optima. The salesman had everything in order, there was no unnecessary "back and forth" with a manager, and the entire transaction was handled and explained in a professional manner. Luis and Sharon also stayed late to provide all the information and instruction I needed for my new car. I've had positive experiences with Carriage Kia so far, and would recommend them to anyone.
