I would rate my buying experience at Carriage Kia as excellent. And I have purchased a number of cars since I started driving in 1971.My salesman Michael Paglianti was friendly and quiet helpful. He and the people in the finance department were willing to work with me on the price. They were low key and there was no pressure to "force" a sale. The dealership also has a person "Josh" to come out after the sale and explain and demonstrate all the features of the car. Josh help me set up my bluetooth (for my cellphone and the sirius radio). The Kia Forte is an excellent vehicle that is packed with a number of high tech bells and whistles. And the 100,000 mile warranty and free oil changes for a year are just icing on the cake to make this car purchase a great deal. More

This was my second purchase from Carriage Kia. My first purchase was a 2012 Optima in October 2011. Three weeks later I was in an accident and the car was totaled. The amazing thing was the quality of th purchase was a 2012 Optima in October 2011. Three weeks later I was in an accident and the car was totaled. The amazing thing was the quality of the safety features of the car. I walked away from the accident with only bumps and bruises. It could easily have been so much worse. It's one of the things that made me return to Carriage Kia and buy another Optima. They were unbelievably helpful and accommodating. and handled everything even answering insurance questions regarding the wrecked vehicle. When I showed up, they had another 2012 Optima waiting for me and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The people at Carriage Kia made one aspect of the accident easy and stress free and quickly got me into another new car that I love. I would recommend this dealership and this car to anyone in the market for a beautiful and safe sedan. More
