This was my second purchase from Carriage Kia. My first purchase was a 2012 Optima in October 2011. Three weeks later I was in an accident and the car was totaled. It's one of the things that made me return to Carriage Kia and buy another Optima. They were unbelievably helpful and accommodating. and handled everything even answering insurance questions regarding the wrecked vehicle. When I showed up, they had another 2012 Optima waiting for me and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The people at Carriage Kia made one aspect of the accident easy and stress free and quickly got me into another new car that I love. I would recommend this dealership and this car to anyone in the market for a beautiful and safe sedan. More
