However, after discussion with my husband and without even looking at other dealers, decided that Carriage had a good product, good warranty and great customer service. Since my purchase, this has been demonstrated with great service to just remove a small spot on one of the seats. Carriage wanted to make everything just right and I really appreciate the way they treat people with respect and friendliness. More

I'm always hesitant to enter car dealerships due to past experiences with high pressure salespeople. I can honestly say that my experience with Mike was anything but high pressure. I had spoken by phone wit experiences with high pressure salespeople. I can honestly say that my experience with Mike was anything but high pressure. I had spoken by phone with Mike the day before and told him I'd be arriving the next morning around 9 am. When I arrived at the dealership he was the first to greet me, he remembered my name, and made me feel welcomed from the start. He later introduced me to the sales manager Chris and he too remember me from a phone conversation we had four days earlier. They gladly let me test drive two different model vehicles and explained the benefits of both. When my wife and I decided on the vehicle we were going to purchase they explored every option to try and get us every available discount and rebate that Kia and their dealership had to offer. They also gave what I thought was a fair price on my trade-in. Once the deal was closed they detailed the car for us (not that the car really needed it)went over the finance options and handed us over to their "techie guy" to help us decipher all the controls of the vehicle. Overall I would have to give the team at Carriage Kia a ten out of ten for the way my new vehicle purchase went. I'm looking forward to my first year of free maintenance and visiting with Mike and Chris when I'm at the dealership. More

They did not try to play typical "dealership" games, but rather stuck to their word and delivered on their promise. They went out of their way to locate the exact car I wanted and delivered it. I would recommend them and Carriage Kia to anyone. Cannot say enough good things about them. They beat the competition in all phases, price, found exact car and did not try to "upsell" me, and made the whole process extremely easy and painless. They were great. More

We had been researching the 2011/2012 cars on the market over the last 6 months and was ready to make a purchase. The choices were a 2011 Toyota Prius (more $ than I wanted to spend at this time), 2012 Mazd over the last 6 months and was ready to make a purchase. The choices were a 2011 Toyota Prius (more $ than I wanted to spend at this time), 2012 Mazda3 Hatchback (new model with new tech, sales people really didn't know how to sell it) and 2012 Kia Soul which I had driven the 2011 version as a rental and really liked it. Long story short: we had visited other dealerships through the course of the month prior to this purchase, even looking at other cars not on the top 3 list. The experiences ranged anywhere from "typically aggressive sales folks" to "apathetic, don't care if you buy or not" to just downright uncomfortable (one Mazda place I went to, I knew way more about the car's features than the sales person, and had to endure hearing within earshot, this guy getting screamed at by his boss, then insults me by offering me half of what my trade in is worth without even first seeing the car). We experienced none of that at Carriage Kia. Nothing but positive things to say from the moment we pulled in with the old car for trade in, to the moment we drove off in the new Soul. The showroom was clean and nicely organized, the staff was friendly and took the time to answer all questions, busy but not utter chaos, etc. Not what we expected considering what we recently went through. That's the way business should be done. More

A very good friend suggested I look for my new car at Carriage Kia. My husband dealt with the salesman ahead of time, then took me over to purchase the car. I really didn't care what kind of car I got, I just needed one that was reliable (and cute)! I've owned a lot of different Hondas and really prefer them to anything else. HOWEVER, after having my Kia Sorento for just 5 days, I have already declared it my favorite car that I've ever owned! We purchased the car late in the day, so we were leaving after closing time. My tank hadn't been filled yet and another salesman offered to take it to the station. He didn't have the company card with him, so he paid for it out of his own pocket! Wish I had caught his name!
