I would definately recommend Carriage Kia to my family and friends. Customer Serivce was great. The price of my car was good but it could've been great if I could have gotten closer to the payments that I was asking for. Shane tried his best to get my payments as close as I requested. I didn't have a lot of time to sit down and fight a salesman for a car. Carriage gave me the ability to work thru emails till i felt ready to come in and sit down since i travel and work too much. aft salesman for a car. We owned a 2011 Sorento and went in for service...left with a 2012 Sorento and could not be happier! We love it!! Our 2011 Sorento was great but we did want to upgrade to a third row and all wheel drive.. with a 2012 Sorento and could not be happier! We love it!! Our 2011 Sorento was great but we did want to upgrade to a third row and all wheel drive...Carriage Kia had just what we wanted and they let me use the demo car for my doctor's appointment while my husband finalized things with the new Sorento. When I got in the demo car, 104.7 the fish was playing...that meant so much to me because that is my favorite radio station and it said a lot about the staff and the character of the company. We bought our first Sorento in May of 2010 and we have had no issues at all. We are confident we will have the same wonderful experience with this 2012 Sorento! We highly recommend this dealership!! I didn't have a car in mind when I came to their dealership I was just looking for a decent car that would give me a better gas milleage. I found exactly what I needed! They helped me pick a great car and I am more than impressed. When you go to this store look for Chuck, Shane and Jeremey (delivery specialist) for A+++++ service. Oh and their customer service is exceptional! They made sure I am happy and took care of every slightest concern to ensure I am more than satisfied even after the sale was closed! Very very pleased! After a recent visit to another local Kia dealer, I was a bit discouraged and even considered purchasing a competitors brand. I decided to request info from three local dealers the next morning via the internet further inquiring of a similar model i was interested in. (Sorrento-LX 4GDI, Black on Black with leather upgrade). Within a couple hours of submitting the inquiry Shane Perkins promptly called me. I discussed my previous days experience and aprehensiveness. After reviewing their inventory and assuring me we could get what I was asking for trade in and right payment with all the options - I visited Carraige Kia that afternoon. The sales rep Chris Stanford was very curtious and gave us the personal attention a potential buyer really deserves. The fact that the sales rep does all the closing paperwork, I thought was great as opposed to going to see a different "finance guy" to re-run numbers, push for extended warranty service, etc. The fact that Kia is willing to swap out cloth for leather on the vehicle presently on the lot was an added bonus. (Small fee - but worth it!) I was really impressed and appreciative of the service, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the dealership and the personal attention - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a Kia.
