Everyone in the service department is nice and friendly. I showed up with what I thought was a sunroof problem. However, as these thing happen so many times, once I got to the dealership my sun roof was wo I showed up with what I thought was a sunroof problem. However, as these thing happen so many times, once I got to the dealership my sun roof was working perfectly. Instead of treating me like an idiot, they explained that the computer system controlling the sunroof probably needed time to reset after having turned the car off before allowing the sunroof to completely close. As I was due to an oil change and tire rotation, they offered to go ahead and do that service while I was there and took no more than 15 to 20 min to finish. Overall a very good experience. More
This is my second purchase from Carriage Kia. I bought a Kia Soul+ November 2011. There was some confusion regarding the Accessory Package for $250 listed on the price sticker and whether floor mats were i Kia Soul+ November 2011. The confusion was resolved and I did receive floor mats which is what I wanted. I purchased an Optima and am happy with the car. More

I sent an email and was promptly addressed by Chris. When we arrived on your lot we were greeted by another salesman and even though he was very nice we chose to stay with Chris. We told him what we were interested in and he showed us 2 options but I had pretty much made up my mind on which Optima I wanted as I had previously driven one. Chris went the distance to get us in our new car and made it a pleasure dealing with him. We then were directed to Jeremy who gave us in detail all about the bells and whistles on the car. He even programmed my phone to the car for me. We had visited a couple of other Kia dealers and at no time were we treated as well. Carriage Kia made us feel welcome right from the beginning. When I arrived at the dealership, Leonard was waiting on the sidewalk and immediately complimented me on my motorcycle. He offered to take it off my hands and replace it with one of his new cars. I declined and told him I was looking for an Alien color SOUL. He invited me into the showroom and took me directly to the car I bought!I told him the car I was looking for would be for my wife and I would like for her to look at it. After plying me with Diet Coke, he sat me at his desk and went to get help removing the car from the showroom. He retrieved me from his desk, handed me the keys, and said "Let's go!" (Driver's license copied while they were extracting the car). We met my wife at her work and Leonard walked her from front to back , inside and out of the car. He sold the car in the parking lot of Northeast Georgia Medical Center. We returned and worked out financing. The car was exceptionally clean so it took only a few minutes for the clean-up guy to get it ready. There was no high pressure sales technique used at any time. We wanted a few things extra and the staff at Carriage made it happen. I will be sending friends and relatives to this dealership. More

Went to get an oil change. They found a mouse nest behind the cabin filter with "live" mice in it. Decided it was time to trade. They didn't have a red 2012 Sorento so had to settle for dark cherry.
