We were looking for a used car, as we always went that route, and hadn't even considered a KIA but my mom has a Hyundai and we have friends that were telling us it was a good car. Once we found out that Kia and Hyundai were the same and there was a dealer near us, we visited the Carriage KIA in Gainesville. Chuck and Orlando got the ball rolling and I found one that I wanted on line with all the features I was looking for in a car. Orlando called us and talked us into the new car, the warranty was one thing that attracted us, even though I have never had any issue with any of the 3 vehicles I'd purchased from Carmax. I didn't get all the features (air conditioned seats and Navigation system) but have enjoyed my new car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

They were able to give me all the info I asked for to put a few extras on my SUV and I was still able to walk out and enjoy the rest of my afternoon. More
