Great service I went in for a cabin filter change. Since I live over an hour away I had my oil changed also. The wait was going to be 1 1/2 hours. So we asked fo I went in for a cabin filter change. Since I live over an hour away I had my oil changed also. The wait was going to be 1 1/2 hours. So we asked for a loaner or a ride to a nearby restaurant. Mary, one of the service techs took us and dropped us off. When we were finished I called and she picked us up. It made the wait go by very quickly. It's a great dealership. More
Rear brake scam We have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 bought new in Feb 2013 in Maryland. We retired and moved to Georgia in Dec 2014. Since then we have had regular services don We have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 bought new in Feb 2013 in Maryland. We retired and moved to Georgia in Dec 2014. Since then we have had regular services done at Lake Lanier Mazda and are pleased with their courteous and quick service. However on this last visit Dec 29 something occurred that shakes my faith in Mazda in general and the Lake Lanier dealership in specific. With 62,000 miles on the vehicle we we told the front brakes were just fine but the rears needed rotors and calipers. What! I believe you I said but have you ever heard of rear brakes wearing out before fronts. No of course not! And according to 2 service advisers and 1 service technician neither had they. After getting home and checking the Internet I come to find out their response must be BS. Mazda had early on issued 2 TSBs about this rear brake problem with a final TSB 04-005/15 discussing the design flaw and extending brake replacement warranty to 3/36,000. Of course I am way out of warranty but may not have been a year or so ago. My fault there I suppose but Mazda could have been a bit more proactive. As for the suddenly silent service advisors either they didn't know about a TSB and are thus lacking in knowledge or they did and are thus lacking in integrity. I feel I should be given some recompense for this $600 outlay. Maybe half in future Mazda service. More
Blatantly lied to about the price of a vehicle. Nice well dressed polite but dishonest salespeople. I negotiated a price with them and they refused to honor it. I drove here from SC after carefully and deliberately working to a mutually agreed upon price with "Jeffry" over the phone. So I wasted an afternoon, gas, mileage on my car. I'm not happy... Unless you really enjoy people who don't tell the truth, don't come here. More

From the very first of setting up the appointment, which was very quick and simple to getting the service that I needed and even a car wash that I didn't ask for was amazing! Thank you for taking your customers time into consideration as well as wanting them to come back. Even from scheduling the appointment on the phone the lady even said to me that they hope to "earn my business". At this time you have and keep up the great job! More
Some hiccups but GMCharles Aycock ultimately came through. I had some initial hiccups with the salesman I was working with as we had differing opinions on how the Truecar and USAA car buying service worked. After an early misunderstanding, I received a call from General Manager Charles Aycock who ultimately made things right. My wife and I are looking forward to picking up our new vehicle this weekend.
