When they saw it was going to take a little longer to fix my car, I was notified immediately and I appreciated that notification. When I picked up my car, I didn't have to wait because several team members worked together to ensure that my car was ready, washed, and waiting when I arrived. Great customer service! More

Recall Repair Handled Professionally and Efficient.y I got a voicemail from Russ Cusumano that my recall part was in. I called back, and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day before work I got a voicemail from Russ Cusumano that my recall part was in. I called back, and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day before work (!). I was able to wait while the repair was done and enjoyed complimentary coffee and popcorn (!).
