I was a little disappointed that my initial contact did not go so well. We made an appointment for a test drive that went unanswered. Spent about an hour waiting in the show room for our original sale person. Out arrival was announced for our test drive but Mike never responded. I understand that issues come up, but my schedule is very compressed and I would have appreciated a call or a txt informing me he would not be able to keep the appointment. More

Very good communication between me and service personnel was excellent. Car was to take longer than expected and was offered a loaner or pick-up and return to d communication between me and service personnel was excellent. Car was to take longer than expected and was offered a loaner or pick-up and return to dealership. Chose to be driven home and picked up when car was done. Worked great!! More

Auto Show I felt I would try the market to ascertain if I could fall into the classification of LEASE PULL-BA with a pending 8 month lease.. On two different dealerships I was told comeback when it's 4 months, the other shook their head NO. This past weekend Friendly had a add like the others indicating they want to deal. I went to Friendly Chrysler on Van xxxx and salesman Keith Forbes went to work. After 2 days I took position of my new Pacifica. I meet a salesman who wanted to sell cars. Many Thanks Keith More
I made a difference I first came into this dealership and saw Joel. He knew I was not in the market for a new car until around a month later. Instead of just talking " sa I first came into this dealership and saw Joel. He knew I was not in the market for a new car until around a month later. Instead of just talking " sales" to me and throwing a few numbers together, he actually cared. He took all my information, took time to explain each vehicle I was inquiring about. Told me he will take all my information and get back with him in a month when I am ready. Before I went to Joel, I had stopped by another dealership only a few miles from my home. That experience was nothing like the one I had at Jim Riehls. He never took any of my information. Basically said," oh, your not getting it today?" Wanted nothing to do with me. You see, as a consumer, Caring is everything. I actually mattered. Driving out of my way to come to someone who cares is what customer service is all about! More

Emergency Service on Alternator Went to the Online Appointment Booking site Sunday night to see when we could get our car in to fix a Battery Light problem on our 2012 Dodge Grand Ca Went to the Online Appointment Booking site Sunday night to see when we could get our car in to fix a Battery Light problem on our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T. The light went on Friday and we replaced the battery Saturday but the light stayed on. We checked the voltage at the battery which was low and made us think it was the alternator or a belt. The appointment was for Tuesday at 8am. On Monday we got texts and a call from Tim in the Service Department to confirm the appointment. I spoke with him about the problem and he said that service was pretty backed up but he would try to get us in. We had rented a car since my wife had to take kids to 3 different schools every day so we might have had to extend the rental. I brought the car in at the appointment time. The check-in was pretty quick and painless. I talked to Tim about possible scenarios with what was wrong and he also added two recall work notices to be taken care of on the car to the ticket. I went back to work and Tim called around an hour later to tell me that the problem was definitely the alternator. He gave me a quote for replacing it and the belt and I approved the work. I asked if I could finance part of the work since we were cash-strapped and he gave me info about the Mopar Card. The work got done quickly and when I came back to the dealer I applied for and got the Mopar card through Sherry and will be getting a 50.00 credit on the second statement. Overall, the visit exceeded my expectations. Nobody tried to trick me into getting anything I didn't need and Tim was very accessible. He always answered the phone when I called or returned my calls quickly. The labor costs seemed a little high which we expected but we didn't want to mess around with the winter weather and the possibility of my wife getting stranded somewhere with the kids. I normally try to do this kind of work myself but didn't have time or a warm garage. We wanted the work done right, quality parts, and a warranty which we got. Tim's added great customer service was a nice surprise. More

My lease is up in February but there are no leases in my price range. Thank you. More
