Great sales and service I had a check engine light come on. I also needed some maintenance done. Once at the dealer, my service advisor Jim let me know that I also had an open recall so he added that to the service visit. Jim and the dealership went above and beyond, allowing me to use a loaner vehicle during my vehicle's time in for service. Once they diagnosed the problem, they called and informed me of when they'd have the repairs completed. I got a follow up call when done and I returned to pick up my vehicle to see that they had also washed it. I've been going to Jim Riehl's in Warren for years and will continue to do so because they treat you well from the sales, to financing and service! More
