My Vehicle Service Experience at Friendly Chrysler Jeep The vehicle drop-off and service write-up area is laid out very well- the engine oil and filter change line is on one side and the other service line The vehicle drop-off and service write-up area is laid out very well- the engine oil and filter change line is on one side and the other service line is on the other side. During the write-up process, my vehicle and I are in a climate-controlled building, and I am protected from the weather. The service advisor is professional, well organized, a good listener (there are certain things that are part of the 21-point check that I prefer to do myself), and pleasant. I enjoy the spacious waiting area with tables so I can catch up on some of my PC tasks- the time seems to fly by while I'm waiting to have my vehicle serviced. I especially value and appreciate the hard copy report that is presented to me when the tasks are completed. They washed the exterior of the vehicle. I have never detected any grease, oil, or dirt on the inside of my vehicle or the key FOB- thank you very much. In summary, the tasks that I intended to accomplish were accomplished, and my vehicle was returned to me in a better state than when I dropped it off, and the whole process was pleasant and hassle-free.
