I was u dear the assumption (through the dealership I purchased my used vehicle through) that I was still under “bumper to Bumper” warranty. Trevor told me I wasn’t and the cost of the repair would be $485. Yikes! When I explained the situation to him about the warranty I asked him what he would do if he were me. He volunteered to make a call to the Chrysler a care center to see if the cost could be a complimentary repair due to my loyalty to a Chrysler and to that dealership. The cost was waived. I am very grateful to Trevor and to Jim Riehls Chrysler. He is an exemplary employee who went over and above for me. Thank you Trevor and Jim Riehl Friendly Chrysler! More

As a woman, and attempting to lease a vehicle without my husband with me for the first time, I was pretty anxiety-ridden about the whole situation (honestly, you always feel like you are going to be taken advantage of at a car dealership)! I went into Jim Reihl's without an appointment and without knowing any of the agents there. I was directed to agent, Joel Starda, who was such an amazing sales agent to work with! He was honest, treated me with great respect, and was able to work within my budget to get me a car that fit my needs! I am very thankful for him! More
