She worked hard to provide us with the best price possible and delivered the exact car that we desired! Alix took the time to drive up to Lapeer to secure our vehicle and brought it back to Friendly Chrysler/Jeep in advance of the time that was promised. Her advice saved us much time and money and we are extremely grateful. We will always request her in future purchases and will refer her name to friends and relatives. On another note, I am very impressed with the Jim Riehl Friendly Chrysler Jeep Service Department. I always have my warranty work, oil changes and Corporate Recalls handled by this dealership. I went for an oil change, tire rotation and check engine light was on. They were able to diagnose the issue and was able to get things paid through my extender warranty. I also had my rear brakes replaced s light was on. They were able to diagnose the issue and was able to get things paid through my extender warranty. I also had my rear brakes replaced sine they were at 3mm life left. I always take my Jeep here and have a great experience. More
