This dealership is not the place to go if you are looking to buy a new car. We secured financing, knew the exact vehicle we wanted, and just expected to be treated kindly. I can say that I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. Joe was rude and disrespectful. We were going to trade in our Toyota and this dealership did not even know how to value our car. And then when they did finally get back to us he tried low balling me. And I mean extremely under valuing my car. Another dealership offered over $6000 more! To sum up rude service, disprectful salesman, and after reporting it to the general manager he was not overly concerned. More

I had a good deal on my trade ins, and visited him Friday at 6 pm - closing. This desparate manager says: "Ill beat ANY deal you have by $1000 per car". I told him theres no way. He said, "Just dont buy now, wait til Monday". So I did. I show up with two cars, a wife, kids and a dog, he has the cars on the lot cleaned, but needs to "just take a look at our trade ins". A nice 2003 F150 supercrew and a 2009 accord. Both wanted used vehicles. Came back and said, I cant give you what the other dealer is saying, what do you have in writing ? I produce my emails, and printed forms showing the cars and their options. "No it is not a signed quote", he says, this doesnt count. And starts in on all the technicalities. I called 3 times that morning to ensure I wasnt goig to drive 50 min in a snow storm for nothing, and the whole time he said, "we are good,just bring the family and cars". So in a snow storm we get told - "cant do it - SORRY". No gift certificates for their store, no mopar certificates, nothing, just a "We the best we can do is" - "take it or leave it". I am now putting in a dealership complaint at corporate and let the Chrysler DM take care of these clowns. WATCH OUT. More
Bought a 2002 PT cruiser. Looked good drove good. Two months into ownership, car did not start. Took it to their service center, they did warn me that they were backed up, and that it would a take day. O months into ownership, car did not start. Took it to their service center, they did warn me that they were backed up, and that it would a take day. OK, Wednesday drop off, Friday report on car. They had no clue, it started fine for them, but a had two bad engine mounts. I decided to take the car to a local garage. Local garage found 3 bad grounds, rear brakes locking up, same two engine mounts bad, and ball joint. The used car center ether did NOT look over this car, or MISSED everything, OR did not give a ____! Service could not find anything wrong. Friendly place, that's the good. You buying a car from them, be a good mechanic or know a trusted one. More
