I have not had a salesman help me that much before and inform me on more than just the price and mileage. Most of them have just handed me the keys and didn't say much more. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! I recently purchase a used vehicle here and my experience was awful! When I picked up the car after signing the paperwork, the work that was promised I recently purchase a used vehicle here and my experience was awful! When I picked up the car after signing the paperwork, the work that was promised to be done was not complete. I called and explained the issue and was told to bring the car in (a week after purchasing) to have the service department look it over. We were told the car would be lifted so we could explain the issue and that did not happen. Instead we left it (Thursday evening) expecting it to be complete the following day. I called for an update and was told I would hear back in a few minutes.. that didn't happen. I drove to the dealership since no one called back and my car was still not finished! I spoke with the GM stating I wanted to look at the work and he insulted my by asking if I knew what I was looking for! I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me by letting my drive off the lot with a car that still had issues and then by insulting me!! I waited until the work was complete and took the car for a test drive. THE ISSUE WAS STILL NOT FIXED!!! An alignment was supposed to be done but the car was still pulling to the right!! At this point I was extremely upset and wanted this resolved. I left the car at the dealership over the weekend so that it could be fixed first thing the following Monday. I received a call on Monday stating the car was still not finished. FINALLY, on Tuesday the car was finished!! I went to pick up the vehicle and when I got inside the inside was FILTHY!! Needless to say, I will never go to this dealership again to purchase a vehicle because they treat you like you don't know what you are talking about and they lie to your face!!!! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

Awful terrible experience. Bought a used car and was promised to have work completed on car upon delivery, none of the work was done after them telling my fiancee it was being f Bought a used car and was promised to have work completed on car upon delivery, none of the work was done after them telling my fiancee it was being finished and she could come get it. When she brought it home and I saw none of the mechincal work was completed as promised, we quickly called the dealership and now have to take time out of our schedule to have this work complete. Praying on women and men who don't know the mechincal side of cars. Would have never agreed to the price if the work wasnt being done, and now they are refusing to do the work. Service department is incredibly rude to my fiancee and myself because we wrote an honest review on a website instead of fixing they're mistake they are going to be condescending and rude to us. The service director should have his job taken for the way he talks to customers. They are selling cars on lies, smoke and mirrors, it might look like a nice dealership but you're going to get 8 mile treatment. Be careful, will be filing with the BBB. More
