I gave my salesman the exact model I was looking for with everything I wanted on the vehicle and he was able to get it for me very quickly. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle everything was ready and there was no wait time. I couldn't be happier. I love my new ride. Horrible communication and lack of effort to resolve issues Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Service advisor had no idea what was going on any time we spoke. When asked to resolve it service was unwilling to ask a technician to stay past 3 when service is open until six. I ended up doing the work on my own time and expense. More

Warranty Jeep Renegade Service was great! Took their time in evaluating. Mike was a good customer service agent. Called back when necessary to provide updates. Determined th Service was great! We did end up having to pay for a new set of tires because of the issue prior to the Orchard inspection.
