Orchard and Jim Hazen provided the BEST experience! I can’t say enough about Jim Hazen! My mustang lease was coming to an end, and I had visited numerous dealerships—none came close to comparing to Jim I can’t say enough about Jim Hazen! Fraud This is the first review I've ever written. Without even opening the door, let alone the hood, they told me that the starter had to be replaced and t This is the first review I've ever written. Without even opening the door, let alone the hood, they told me that the starter had to be replaced and the would cost almost $500. I told them it wasn't the starter. I even told them what the problem actually was (the TIPM). I returned to the dealership 4 days after dropping off the car to find that no one had even looked at or even tried to start the vehicle. They tried to tell me that the reason they hadn't brought the vehicle in to the shop was that they couldn't start it because of the bad starter. To prove to them that the starter was fine, I started the vehicle in front of them. I told them again that the starter was fine and that I knew that they never even attempted to look at or start the vehicle. I then told them that I was leaving it running so they could get it in the shop this time, then left. 2 days later they still hadn't done a thing. I had to pay them $55 for their wrong diagnosis took the car home. It started fine again by the way. I ordered the TIPM online and fixed the vehicle myself in about an hour and a half, for about a fifth of what they would have charged. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More
