Fraud This is the first review I've ever written. Without even opening the door, let alone the hood, they told me that the starter had to be replaced and t This is the first review I've ever written. Without even opening the door, let alone the hood, they told me that the starter had to be replaced and the would cost almost $500. I told them it wasn't the starter. I even told them what the problem actually was (the TIPM). I returned to the dealership 4 days after dropping off the car to find that no one had even looked at or even tried to start the vehicle. They tried to tell me that the reason they hadn't brought the vehicle in to the shop was that they couldn't start it because of the bad starter. To prove to them that the starter was fine, I started the vehicle in front of them. I told them again that the starter was fine and that I knew that they never even attempted to look at or start the vehicle. I then told them that I was leaving it running so they could get it in the shop this time, then left. 2 days later they still hadn't done a thing. I had to pay them $55 for their wrong diagnosis took the car home. It started fine again by the way. I ordered the TIPM online and fixed the vehicle myself in about an hour and a half, for about a fifth of what they would have charged. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More
Great experience! Mike Mueller was very responsive to all of my many emails. He was great to work with and had all the paperwork ready for me so when I came in with my Mike Mueller was very responsive to all of my many emails. Had a very good experience this time I've been going to this dealer since it opened. I've experienced good service in the past, but the last couple of years have been disappointing. I don't know if it's because they've gotten a lot busier? I didn't feel like they put in enough effort to diagnose my issue. It seemed like if they couldn't duplicate right away, they would just move on and say they couldn't duplicate the problem. I don't like when they act like they're doing me a favor by trying to fix my vehicle. I'm the customer, not them. With all that being said, this last experience at the service center was very good. They got the vehicle in when they said they would. The service rep (Mike) was pleasant and professional. He kept me up to date on the repair status and they fixed it right the first time. I hope all future service visits are like this one. More
