Communication was not as respectful as it should’ve been, especially since I purchased my car from this dealership. I am not an expert in vehicle repair, so I would’ve appreciated more detail/explanations on what things mean. I was talked down to and ultimately rushed out without feeling confident on what needs to be done. My oil change and headlight were fine, but additional next steps on repairs were not clear so I took my car to another dealership for service. More
