Service Dept. Had a flat tire on my way to pickup my grandson from school the other day. With the tire loosing air pressure by the second , managed to make it to the front of the dealer service center. Was told that there was a 2 1/2 hr. wait. I explained my problem to Jake the service manager. Jake went out in the bitter cold, checked the tire and explained to me that the tire had a puncture in the side wall of the tire and the tire had to be replaced. Well, need less to say he and his mechanic hand me on my way with a new tire in stalled in about 15 minutes. Best xxxx Service manager, best xxxx mechanics ! The word is out there that Orchard Chrysler Dealership Service Dept. is the best. More
Long wait times and poor communication First of all, I have them 3 stars because they did fix my vehicle. That's the positive. The negative - They are so busy, it took 2 weeks to get an First of all, I have them 3 stars because they did fix my vehicle. That's the positive. The negative - They are so busy, it took 2 weeks to get an appointment. I stopped it off the night before so they could get started first thing the next day. I was told later in the day (Wednesday) of my scheduled service that all the issues hadn't been looked at yet, so they'd need another day. I received a call the next day that my vehicle required a strut mount that is not in stock, but they would have it next day(Friday). I called Friday evening an hour before they closed and was told the vehicle won't be done until Monday. Originally, I told my service rep that we would be ok without a rental for a couple days. Now Friday evening was too late to secure a rental, so because they didn't communicate with me, we ride shared all weekend. Monday afternoon and still no call from the dealer. I called twice before getting someone to answer who told me they weren't my service advisor but the would transfer me. Which they did... to a voicemail. Fearing another day wasted without a vehicle, we drove to the dealership to find out what was going on. I recieved a call while we were in route telling us the vehicle should be done by 6pm. Monday evening. 6 days for a suspension repair. 2 struts with mounts. Not acceptable. Poor communication only amplifies the frustration. More

Hitch Installed with wrong bolts I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in for a trailer hitch install and when I picked up the vehicle I found the bolts that are supplied with the hitch sti I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in for a trailer hitch install and when I picked up the vehicle I found the bolts that are supplied with the hitch still in the original package tucked into the receiver tube. I looked under the vehicle to see what was used for the hitch installation and the bolts had no head marking which would indicate grade 2 bolts when the manufacture supplied bolts were 12mm metric 10.9 class which are approximately equal to SAE grade 10. I inquired with the service writer as to why they didn’t use the manufactures supplied hardware he went to check with the “technician” who claimed he used the hardware that came with the hitch which clearly wasn’t the case. I asked to speak to the service manager and was informed he was out to lunch I left my name and number and it’s been over a week and no call. I believe this to be a serious safety issue as the low grade fasteners will like fail when the hitch is used allowing the trailer to separate from the tow vehicle. More
