I brought my car in for 2 recalls and an oil change at 8:44am. My car was ready at 10:20am which was pretty quick. Very courteous employees in service area, from write-up to explanation of multi-point vehicle inspection. Quick in and out on oil change. Also asked for tire rotation but was advised it wasn’t needed due to explanation of multi-point vehicle inspection. Quick in and out on oil change. I came in for issues with my air-condition and radio of which both should have been covered under my warranty, Mopar denied them. But thanks for the great customer service I received from Katelyn. she wor which both should have been covered under my warranty, Mopar denied them. She also kept me in the loop along the way and even rushed to get the replacement radio installed. so I wouldn't have to come back later to get it installed. I wish all customer service reps were as nice and professional as Katelyn. I will come back to this dealership because of her great customer service and will tell others to do the same. More
