Recalls fixed! Called for appointment on Jan. 03, soonest appointment available was Jan. 22. My Ram had three (3) open recalls, and I had a "Service Electronic Braki Called for appointment on Jan. 03, soonest appointment available was Jan. 22. My Ram had three (3) open recalls, and I had a "Service Electronic Braking System" light come on once, Brought truck in the night before appointment and dropped off. Service called 8:45 next morning to advise Ram was ready. Everything seems fine with vehicle. More

Unsatisfied service I had my truck in for service due to the radio didn't work, there was a tick in the engine and the window control buttons didn't work. Upon picking it I had my truck in for service due to the radio didn't work, there was a tick in the engine and the window control buttons didn't work. Upon picking it up, I was told everything was fixed...but the tick was a normal "Hemi" tick so nothing was done about it. I turned the radio on...although it was new...no one checked to confirm it worked which it did not. It was returned, 2nd time the radio worked. I again brought it in for the Tick and to the check engine light. I was told it was misfiring due to the brand new Champion spark plugs and it needed a coil pack. They replaced the coil pack, I then took my truck to an independent, licenced mechanic to find out that spark plugs we're definitely not the prob...the truck had a bad cam..bad lifters, taps...among other things. These issues would have been found and additional issues could have been prevented if the proper testing would have been done by the dealer mechanic. Instead he looked at brand new spark plugs and said due to the "brand" the engine was misfiring and instead of listening and or looking at the lifters I was told it was a normal sound for the hemi. Needless to say...the mechanics don't want to do their job. I will never use orchards service again More
