Hitch Installed with wrong bolts I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in for a trailer hitch install and when I picked up the vehicle I found the bolts that are supplied with the hitch sti I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in for a trailer hitch install and when I picked up the vehicle I found the bolts that are supplied with the hitch still in the original package tucked into the receiver tube. I looked under the vehicle to see what was used for the hitch installation and the bolts had no head marking which would indicate grade 2 bolts when the manufacture supplied bolts were 12mm metric 10.9 class which are approximately equal to SAE grade 10. I inquired with the service writer as to why they didn’t use the manufactures supplied hardware he went to check with the “technician” who claimed he used the hardware that came with the hitch which clearly wasn’t the case. I asked to speak to the service manager and was informed he was out to lunch I left my name and number and it’s been over a week and no call. I believe this to be a serious safety issue as the low grade fasteners will like fail when the hitch is used allowing the trailer to separate from the tow vehicle. More
3rd try was not the charm Took my Ram in because the compass was off depending on the day 90 to 180 degrees off. First time they said they recalibrated it. Second time they said they needed to order a new module. Third time they said they installed the module they ordered. Picked it up drove home and it still does not work properly and I have to go back AGAIN. Staff is friendly seem to understand my issues just can't figure out how to fix it. My Ram WiFi hotspot does not work, according to them there should be some type of update last quarter of 2018 or maybe this quarter. I guess only time will tell. I have features which I paid for that I cannot use. All I ask is if it is on my truck and it is supposed to work PLEASE just get it to work properly. More

Extremely Poor Sales Inquiry Experience I have received extremely poor customer service from the internet liaison, salesperson Chris, and sales manager Joe after inquiring about leasing and/ I have received extremely poor customer service from the internet liaison, salesperson Chris, and sales manager Joe after inquiring about leasing and/or purchasing a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica van that was a demo. The internet liaison promised that a salesperson would follow up with me and while Chris sent an initial email, he failed to provide any pricing information regarding leasing or purchasing the vehicle. I then contacted Joe (manager) who apologized for the poor follow up and while he provided some basic information, was supposed to provide final pricing and financing information. It has now been one week and he too failed to respond to my inquiry. The real frustration is that besides the van, I also informed him that we were interested in a 2019 Grand Cherokee as well. I am extremely surprised that someone at the dealership wouldn't be interested in possibly selling/leasing 90,000 worth of vehicles in one transaction. I hope that the General Manager or Owner sees this review as they need to know what their employees are doing, or in this case not doing their jobs. After giving this review, I was contacted by sales manager Joe who offered me the "best price" on a 2018 demo Van and was told the price was 40000 plus change; after I checked the dealership website, I found out that the general public was being offered a sales price that was approximately 3000 lower, so clearly the best price was not offered to me. I decided to go to St Clair Chrysler where I received outstanding service from salesperson Butch with clear pricing, full disclosure of the pricing for general public, employee pricing and friends/family/vendor pricing. I will no longer consider Orchard Chrysler and want others to know that the all 5 star ratings they have received so far most likely do not represent the people who have not been satisfied. More
