Upon taking the vehicle into service, we learned that we had a bigger problem than expected. The service manager, Jake, educated us on not only the core problem but the extent of our problem for it caused more damaged by us not tending to it earlier on when we should have. While the estimated costs for repairs were expensive, we didn't question it for we knew the issues would be fixed and fixed right. Indeed it was. And to add a bonus, our final costs were less than the estimated cost originally given to us which was another added plus. We are deeply appreciative of the Orchard Service Team for they do good work without question! More
