this is the second time waiting, poor service It took over one hour to rotate tires, nobody seemed to care, office workers not in any hurry neither apologetic about the wait. The last time we had to get work done there we may as well spent the day just scheduling the service. We are finished with your service department, and probably will not consider purchasing a new vehicle form you either. There are plenty of great service centers at other dealerships that we can choose from. More
