I asked for a loaner and was told none were available with a vehicle in warranty and a purchased extended warranty I should have received a loaner. I was very inconvenienced. Good service, but slow and poor loaner condition. I brought in my 3-week old Cherokee for service because of a transmission clunking noise and rattle in the rear passenger cabin. My first attempt was I brought in my 3-week old Cherokee for service because of a transmission clunking noise and rattle in the rear passenger cabin. My first attempt was met with a very long waiting time for an appointment (3-4 weeks) just to take a deeper look at the issue. After pressure from sales team appointment was pulled ahead only by one week. When dropping off the vehicle, the loaner I got was a 2015 Journey (fully loaded and with only 11,000 miles!!!) but in an absolute filthy and stinky condition. The excuse was that they didn’t have time to clean the vehicle from Friday at noon until Monday mid morning (!!). On a technical level I must say the knowledge seems to be high. My rattle was fixed and the transmission noise was diagnosed within 24 hours. Time for a replacement part to arrive: 3-4 weeks!!! I gave this new dealership a try and had good sales experience, but honestly, I was hoping for a better service experience. More
