Longer than expected, but appreciate the results. Took Ram in for a recall, engine light, oil/tire rotation. Had a standing appointment for 3 weeks prior. Was told completion later that day. I have a mopar lifetime warranty which grants a first day free Renata car, which they couldn’t provide. Never got a call that day and I had to call the next day in the afternoon. They finally got finished before closing on day 2. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit for my oil service. This visit wasn’t ideal, but I appreciate them taking responsibility and doing me a solid. More

this is the second time waiting, poor service It took over one hour to rotate tires, nobody seemed to care, office workers not in any hurry neither apologetic about the wait.
