They Go The Extra Mile We went to Jeff to lease a 2019 Pacifica to replace our 2017 Pacifica. As always he was very helpful in finding us the car that we wanted. Through n We went to Jeff to lease a 2019 Pacifica to replace our 2017 Pacifica. As always he was very helpful in finding us the car that we wanted. Through no fault of his (entirely my mistake) the car he originally obtained was missing a key option that we wanted. Without blinking an eye Jeff took back the first car and found us the car that we really wanted. And by the way he did all of this even though he was leaving on vacation the next day. He continued to contact us from vacation and made the arrangements so that we could pick up the car on the day our 2017 lease expired. He really went well beyond the norm to make sure that we got the car that we wanted when we needed it. More

Onfriendly service, no appointments for warranty work Needed to get warranty work done on a 2019RAM 1500. Phoned prior to turning up, no appointment possible. Turned up, got met by a “what are you doing h Needed to get warranty work done on a 2019RAM 1500. Phoned prior to turning up, no appointment possible. Turned up, got met by a “what are you doing here anyway” attitude, explained I was there for warranty work. “Why don’t you have an appointment?” Explained I called and couldnt make an appointment. After the service guy figured that out, he accepted the truck. I asked him if he could do an oil change too. That was possible. As I received a mail coupon from rAM, I showed it to him with the question “Can I use this”. Answer “No”. I asked why not? Answer:” That is for half synthetic only, your truck needs full synthetic “. So I answered “OK, you need the coupon underneath it”. Answer “Yes, but you pay more because it needs more oul”. OK. I received the truck back dirty. All other dealers push it through their carwash at least, if not vacuumed as well. Tires were rotated (I assume), pressures weren’t checked, and if they were they weren’t adjusted. Overall: Not at all satisfied with the interaction. Friendliness goes a long way..... I could have accepted all things if the interaction was positive. I felt like a nuisance to the dealership. But who cares once the truck has been sold, right? More
