Jackie was fantastic- it made my hour drive from home to the dealership worth it! I was on the Jeep site looking for a specific Jeep Cherokee L Overland and Riehl's Friendly of Romeo was the only one in th the dealership worth it! I was on the Jeep site looking for a specific Jeep Cherokee L Overland and Riehl's Friendly of Romeo was the only one in the area that had what I was looking for. Jackie made the buying process easy; she answered all of my questions very thoughtfully and with care, and I appreciated the time she took on the day I picked it up to go through every single feature in the car. I also felt as if I got good value on my trade in, and Terry made the financing piece simple. All around very pleased and would definitely make the drive again for another vehicle in the future! More
My mother in law brought her jeep Cherokee to the dealership because her low tire pressure light was on. She was informed by the service lady that the tire had a nail in it and couldn't be repaired, dealership because her low tire pressure light was on. She was informed by the service lady that the tire had a nail in it and couldn't be repaired, she was told that a new one was 340 dollars. She immediately called me and I told her to wait and I would take care of it, took the tire to a different tire place they removed the nail patched it for 18 dollars and now it's as good new. My concern is that had she not had anyone to help her out your dealership would have charged her 340 dollars for a new tire that she didn't need. To me that's stealing. My family has purchased quite a few new vehicles from your dealership, but as of today we will be taking our business elsewhere. Your service department should be ashamed More
