I brought my Jeep in to get a headlight replaced, but also had my tires rotated and rear windshield wiper replaced. The team did an excellent job at fair price. I was having issues with my front windshie also had my tires rotated and rear windshield wiper replaced. The team did an excellent job at fair price. I was having issues with my front windshield wipers at the time as well, but since they had been recently purchased, my husband wanted me to go back to the oil change garage where they had come from. The oil change place told me it was a mechanical error with the wiper itself and I should go back to the dealership. So I drove back to Jim Riehl's where a gentleman actually took the time to examine my wipers and could clearly see the wiper was ripped and needed to be replaced. Because I was 8 months pregnant and had my toddler and dog in the car, he also went above & beyond to assist me while I waited in my car. I am extremely grateful that he helped me to replace the wipers prior to a snow storm, as I had very poor visibility. I cannot express my gratitude for this level of customer service. I will be returning again and again, no matter how small an issue with my Jeep. More
Nick Grayson was extremely easy to work with. Prices are up everywhere and the lease payment certainley factored in to the decision. So far we really like our 24 BigHorn. Ty Schmidt was very helpful in getting me the triple nickel Durango that I wanted. Also he did not give me the normal HIGH pressure salesman pitch. I would recommend him to my friends and relativ nickel Durango that I wanted. Also he did not give me the normal HIGH pressure salesman pitch. I would recommend him to my friends and relatives. More
Time to remove “Friendly” from this dealership name. Today was my second experience at this location and, sad to say, it was my second negative experience at this location. It will definitely be my last Today was my second experience at this location and, sad to say, it was my second negative experience at this location. It will definitely be my last. Two years ago, I made an appointment with the service center to have a tonneau bed cover installed on my new truck. I showed up for the appointment and the service representative said, “you brought the cover with you, right?” I was stunned and had no idea I needed to order the cover myself and bring it with me. He went on a tangent about how I made my service appointment online and I shouldn’t have. They didn’t order the cover because I made the appointment online and I shouldn’t have. On and on and on, berating me because I used the dealership website to make a service appointment. So, I went to Golling and had a positive experience getting the cover installed immediately. I returned to this dealership today for a simple express oil change. I pulled in, got out of my car and stood at the service desk. The service woman was on the phone, which is perfectly understandable. But I stood there for 20 solid minutes, and was never acknowledged by her, or by any of the seven employees who walked past me as I stood there. It takes only a moment to make eye contact with someone, hold up a finger and mouth “I’ll be with you in just a moment.“ But that was too much effort for her. No one greeted me, no one acknowledged me, no one told me “she’ll be with you in just a minute,” or “can I help you with something,” nothing. Like I was invisible. One guy was playing on his phone the entire time and made eye contact with me several times, but he couldn’t be bothered either to get off his butt and help a customer. So once again, I left This location and drove to a competitor and right now I’m getting an immediate oil change, by a dealership with truly friendly staff. More
