We have another Chrysler dealership which is only 3 miles from our house, but have had a number I am so glad we choose Jim Riehl's for our purchase. We have another Chrysler dealership which is only 3 miles from our house, but have had a number of bad experiences with that dealership and have heard of many other issues from friends and neighbors. I have purchased from Riehl's in the past, when I lived closer to them and so I contacted them to compare prices. My salesperson,John, was very prompt in getting back to me and offered the best deal. The purchase was simple and straight forward. Two days after the purchase our brand new minivan had an issue that required it to be towed back to the dealership for service. Long story short, John found a replacement vehicle identical to the new Pacifica, delivered it to our house, updated all necessary paperwork, and drove the loaner vehicle back to the dealership. I could not be any more impressed with the way John and the rest of the team at Jim Riehl's handled the issue. I realize that this is not a typical situation, but level of effort to resolve this matter was extremely satisfying. More
