I started by I purchased a new 2018 RAM truck one week ago from Jim Riehl's in Lapeer and it was truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I started by calling Alixandrya Barone at the Jim Riehl's in Warren. I previously bought/leased the last 4 vehicles from her and was eager to return due to awesome past experiences. Because I had picked out a truck, Alix put me in touch with John Barton from the Jim Riehl's RAM dealer in Lapeer as the Warren location was a Jeep/Chrysler dealer. John called back that day. I took delivery that evening...at my home. Rather than make me drive up to the Lapeer dealer or to the Warren dealer (which is close to me) he instead delivered the truck to my home where we completed the deal. He drove back in the vehicle I was turning in. Alixandrya Barone and John Barton are truly exceptional. They provided world class service. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. More
