Dealership ads NOT what we get for price!! I leased vehicle two years ago. When the lease was up this year I decided to give the salesperson Shannon Lane a second chance. My first experience I leased vehicle two years ago. When the lease was up this year I decided to give the salesperson Shannon Lane a second chance. My first experience he was not a very kind person. When I met with him, he said to me, exact words, "Oh yea you are the worry wart, just calm down and I'll see what I can find for you." When I came to him last year my car had just been totaled so I was a bit frazzled. This time I was relaxed and came in with an add that claimed I could lease my my Dodge Journey for $ 168 a month, When he told me he hates those ads because they can never give those deals I was upset because I don't appreciate a dealership misleading me. I also did not appreciate being called a worry wart. I feel that was very disrespectful. Even with the poor treatment, i waited three weeks for him to call me with info for a new lease and he never did. I found a great dealership for my new lease and will never go back to Jim Riehl. More
