When we would get a call back, we would get pricing for leases we didn't even ask for (36 mos instead of 24 mos because the pricing sounded better). We called Jim Riehl's - Lapeer and spoke to Nick Grayson. Told him what we were looking for and within 15 minutes, he called back with the pricing we asked for. He was professional and listened to what we wanted. He also gave us the best price in our search. He gave us great dealership discounts and didn't make it a game. We finally found someone who does their job and has impeccable customer service. We drove an hour to the dealership just because of Nick's service. While at the dealership, everyone was friendly and courteous. We will most definitely be bringing our business back to Nick and the team at Jim Riehl's.
